Restricted Operator's Certificate - Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC) Blended (Destiny1)

The first two days of this course is online and the third day is on campus. This course is intended for mariners serving on compulsorily-fitted commercial ships within the North American A1 sea areas. It is compliant with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended in the 1995 (STCW 95 Regulation IV/2). The material presented in this course covers the scope of the examination for the Restricted Operator’s Certificate – Maritime Commercial (ROC-MC) for the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
