STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats Other Than Fast Rescue Boats (Destiny1)

This course will develop knowledge and skills to safely launch and use survival craft and rescue boats. Training items include principles of survival, evacuation and helicopter rescue, and actions to be taken when aboard a survival craft. Also included are practice drills in launching and recovering lifeboats, launching life rafts and donning personal survival equipment.
