MARI 0121 will run on the following dates. The course fee is $325. Please use the links to submit our online form and reserve your seat (availability permitting).

May 4 to 5; in-person classes at the Owen Sound Campus
May 30 to 31; in-person classes at the Owen Sound Campus
June 22 to 23; in-person classes at the Owen Sound Campus


The Centre for Marine Training and Research (CMTR) will follow up with you directly to confirm your seat and provide the steps to register and submit payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

First Aid certificates issued after Dec. 1, 2008, are valid for five years.

Please note: You will receive a confirmation email approximately one week prior to the course starting.  This will indicate course start time, room number, and other important information about the course.

This is a Transport Canada-approved first aid and CPR course for individuals who need basic training in first aid and CPR for the marine industry. The course develops skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies, CPR Level A, AED and other topics including choking, airway and breathing emergencies and prevention of disease transmission. Prerequisites: None
